  Very bad and amateur customer service. I have previously been let down by companies and they automatically refunded so must be a very small scale operation that isn't up to stocking basic things it sells.

  Only got 1 star due there not being an option for 0. Ordered 2 rope protectors and a harness. I received my harness but no protectors and a note saying back ordered, at no point when I was paying did it mention they weren't in stock and it wouldn't come at the same time as the harness.
