  I have spent a lot of money in this store and have always found the staff to be super friendly helpful as i am not up to speed with most technology! Today my experience with Tobias was nothing short of dealing with a rude , condescending young man! I was very taken because of my past experience had always been so positive and i will think twice before returning to your store !!!

  I love this place! Good technical assistance and large component selection. Also great toys though a little pricey.

  Fast forward to today. I needed a small electrical socket. Price $3.50. Went to pay with eftpos and was told I had to spend a minimum of $5.00 I offered to pay the extra 50c for any transaction costs and was bluntly told No...something about store policy. I replied I really didn't need anything else at that time and was dismissed with a grunt and a shrug of the shoulders.

  Staff name elliot dont have manner and even rolled his eyes to me when asking for help. Seriously? This shop seriously need a better staff.

  Poor customer service and even worse attitude from staff. I used to frequent this store about a year back and purchased quite a lot from them. Customer service was excellent. They were only to happy to help.

  Great Store, terrible car park... you need to move to something that can handle all your customers...just a hint, don't go anywhere near a gym or gym warehouse

  How about helping customers out. Why a minimum of $5.00 charge a fee. And how about teaching your staff some basic manners? What a shame such a great store let down by rudeness and poorly thought out policy.
